AllP2P services are available only to users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using AllP2P, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Platform Purpose

AllP2P is designed exclusively for small-scale cryptocurrency access, serving legitimate users such as students, developers, and freelancers. Our strict limits ($1K daily, $3K weekly) prevent money laundering and large-scale criminal activity while enabling access for those with genuine small-scale needs.

Account Verification

To ensure platform security and filter out surveillance accounts, only users with pre-March 2025 Binance accounts or verified community member invitations can join AllP2P. This requirement helps protect legitimate users from government monitoring activities.

Privacy & Security

Payment details are only revealed after you accept an order request, giving you full control and the ability to evaluate counterparty reliability first. We prioritize user privacy and implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect all transactions.

Trading Limits

Maximum withdrawal limits are $1,000 per transaction and $3,000 per day to prevent money laundering while serving legitimate small-scale needs. These limits help maintain platform integrity and regulatory compliance.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using AllP2P for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activities that violate applicable laws. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, AllP2P does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory requirements.

Liability Limitations

AllP2P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Users assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency trading.

AllP2P reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
